The Lego® Metro Fire District is a group of individuals who build fire stations and/or fire apparatus out of Legos and provides these members a realistic setting for a fire district. Currently the ages of the members varies from 16 to 41 years old.  The capitol of the area is St. Lego which is surrounded by smaller city departments and then rural departments. The departments of this group work side by side providing a Metro Fire District, and lending a hand to one another whenever incidents arise.

To join the group, You must have a website with pictures to join this group. (Brickshelf accounts are Ok, as long as you have a link on a webpage)  Also, please add a link to your website in the comment box of your membership application when applying.  After approval you will have access to our Yahoo group.  The yahoo group's address is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LMFD/.

The LMFD maltese cross was created by one of our members TJ Welsh.  The banners seen on many of the sites, was redesigned, and modded by our "paint nut" Mike Lucio. This site is maintained by the webmaster Mike Lucio (To e-mail the web master click on link).   This site went online on 7/2/2006.
